The Kentucky Aviation Association is a non-profit designed to foster and promote aviation facilities, safety, industry, business, recreation, and aerospace education throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
In seeking to accomplish that mission, we endeavor to bring together the various interests and talents of individuals, bureaus, agencies, departments, industry professionals, and municipalities – aspects that all contribute to our thriving aviation and aerospace community!

Our Objective
Supporting Kentucky's Growing Aviation Network
Kentucky Aviation Association staff, board of directors, and members all contribute to the vitality of our state’s growing aviation network, from providing essential insight into the current state of the industry to promoting pathways for greater development amongst the many airports spread across the Bluegrass.
Research
We investigate, study, discuss, and recommend various improvements and methods of airport management and administration.
Advocate
We advocate on behalf of airports by engaging with state government, providing strategic insights on legislative matters, and communicating the real-world impacts of policy decisions to both lawmakers and the public.
Inform
We collect, compile, and distribute information concerning our airports and their administration of aeronautical/aviation affairs.
Support
Our staff, board, and network provide a variety of resources to assist in the administration and management of local airports.
